K10Yoga is happy to provide private yoga classes for individuals or groups in Winston Salem, NC. Private yoga classes are great for beginner or advanced students who want to enhance their practice, have personalized attention and time to pause and discuss deeper aspects of the yoga practice.

These personalized yoga sessions will provide you with one on one time that will help get your practice started, or enhance the practice you already have. During your private yoga session we will work together to set goals, address health concerns or injury, and build a practice with you and your body in mind.

Private yoga classes with Kristen Williams, ERYT500 are done at K10Yoga CoOp inside of 500Fit located in downtown Winston-Salem, NC and  are carefully designed to focus on your specific needs. This could be alignment, philosophy, core stabilization, relaxation, injury rehabilitation and more. Private yoga classes are one-on-one, or may be booked as a semi-private with two or more people.


We’re happy to program yoga classes for corporate settings, wedding parties, birthday parties, or simply a private yoga class for friends. Group sessions are held in studio. For groups of 7 or more and for group classes taught or on-site please email Kristen at
