“Winston Salem Yoga Festival, bridging the divide with affordable and accessible yoga and wellness for all”

Winston Salem Yoga Festival is a full day celebration in support of community action and mindful movement. A conscious trifecta of events that bring people together in one of Winston Salems newest parks. A 5k run/walk or CycleBar, an outdoor yoga class, and a guided meditation. Following the triangle of events, you can play in some of our breakout sessions. Try something new, meet new people, and enjoy a fun-filled day with spiritual leaders, musical talent and nationally recognized teachers to empower you on and off your mat.

Find local vendors offering amazing food and crafts, giving back to charitable organizations and truly making an impact in our local community. Join us as we cultivate well-being for our community and our world! This is a mindful triangle of events for anyone! This is a non-competitive fun environment that brings people together. We will support each other, push our boundaries, challenge ourselves and get to know our neighbors, together!

Winston Salem Yoga Festival is brought to you by K10Yoga, a non-profit who believes that everyone deserves to have access to the benefits of yoga and wellness. “We are committed to the process in which peels away the layers ancestrially, personally, socially and systematically that hold people back from receiving these benefits.”

Proceeds from this event will fund yoga programs within the Winston Salem Community by offering yoga classes and workshops on a sliding scale via K10Yoga CoOp Studio, plus fellowship opportunities for K10Yoga School and continued programming to educate and create brave spaces for all to experience the healing benefits of yoga. A portion of the proceeds from the WSYF will be gifted to Project Yellow Brick Road, bringing trauma sensitive yoga programming to foster care in Winston Salem. Additionally $1.08 from each registration will be donated to Tealdrops, an organization fighting the opioid and addiction stigma and epidemic.
