Here we are, going on seven years hosting yoga teacher training programs in Winston-Salem, NC, and what a privilege it has been, especially through a pandemic! I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Thank you to the community here in Winston-Salem, NC that has continued to support the work that we do. Thank you to those who have been able to take our programs online and in person. Thank you to our alumni whose reach is now across the country and as far as Japan and Kosovo.

When we set out in 2015 to create a dynamic yoga teacher training program in Winston-Salem, NC we were looking just at the philosophy, anatomy, energetics, and teaching modalities. While those pillars are still a huge part of our training programs we have evolved to meet the needs of our community both on and off the mat. For the last four years, we have been bringing a trauma-informed, justice-focused, and body-affirming approach to our training as we saw the inequality within an industry that claimed to be inclusive. More than 100 yoga teachers have graduated from our programs, some teaching locally in the Winston-Salem, NC community. Some in Knoxville, TN, Danville, VA, and beyond. All with a unique approach to teaching that embodies who they are and an understanding of the mind-body connection AND community over competition.

We are thrilled to continue offering our 200 and 300hr Yoga Teacher Training programs based out of Winston Salem, NC with Kristen Williams, ERYT500 and other amazing teachers as we move forward in 2021. We are offering a few in-person spaces and online spaces for this training. If you are interested, there is a ton of information and stories from our alumni that you can check out! Keep an eye on our instagram and facebook pages for the latest and join us in August for our next semester.
